What do you need to give me a quote?
Your plans or engineer's drawings if you've got them, the site address and a couple of photos showing the block and the access. The more you send, the tighter the price.
What if you hit rock?
It's Sydney, so there's every chance. We run rock hammers and we'll talk through how rock is handled in the quote before we start, not after.
My block's tight. Can you still get in?
Narrow side access, fences on both boundaries and neighbours a metre away are a normal day for us. Send photos of the access and we'll tell you straight what'll fit.
Do you take the spoil away?
Yes. Carting and tipping can be included in your quote so you're not left with a mountain of dirt on site.
Can you do the demo and the excavation together?
That's how we prefer it. One crew doing both means fewer hold-ups and nobody blaming the last bloke.
